Drew and my dad spent most of the day Saturday (March 28) building Keelin's swing set.

A Day at the Zoo
My friend and co-worker, Patti and I took our kids to the Mesker Park Zoo on Monday. We had a wonderful time and the kids were great!
Keelin watching the monkeys. This was our first stop in the new Amazonia exhibit.
"Mommy, what is that?"

"Mommy, what is that?"It is funny...the animals are not always the most interesting part of the zoo.
Keelin went down into a lower part of Amazonia to see the waterfall AGAIN.
Keelin and Maddie watching the little alligator floating up next to the glass.
Close-up...YIKES!
Maddie, Keelin, and Mitchell liked the Jaguar.
She was very active today.

She said she wanted to see a giraffe when we were in the car on the way to the zoo.
We never got too close because by the time we walked over to where they were...the giraffes decided to walk back across to where we started. Keelin didn't seem too disappointed.
A Pregnancy BOOM!!
At MAC this weekend I quickly learned that I am not the only one who is pregnant. 4 of us are due right near each other. I am due 9/27, Jaime is due 10/2, Laura is due 10/8 (with TRIPLETS!!!), and Liz is due 10/23.
Is there anyone else I can add to the list?????????
MAC Gymnastics Championships
I spent the first weekend of my spring break in Indy and Muncie for the MAC Gymnastics Championships. Ball State hosted MAC for the first time since I was a senior on the team (7 years ago)! We had a few alumni events along with the meet.
Friday night we met for dinner at Champps at Keystone.

A Future Soccer Player...Daddy Would Like That!
Keelin and Drew were playing soccer in the driveway this afternoon since it was so nice outside. She was all over the driveway with Drew's soccerball, so I just kept snapping shots! If she plays soccer... all her skill comes from Drew! ( I am still holding out for a little gymnast!)
Run of Luck
Our family took part in the Run of Luck 7K this weekend in Evansville. Drew (who is in training AGAIN for another race) ran faster than ever and finished in 34minutes. He even stayed with Keelin and I at the beginning before he took off! I pushed Keelin and finished in 50 minutes. I have not been running much lately, was pushing Keelin, and with being 12 weeks pregnant, I thought I did a pretty good job! It was spitting rain through most of the race and Keelin made it known to me that she was cold! Thankfully her complaining happened as we were coming back into town...only about a half mile to go! Drew ran back to us and that made it all better for Keelin! He ran to the finish with us! Now... it was her turn!
All the girls 0-2 years of age lined up...ready to run! (Find Drew holding Keelin!)
Keelin is scared to death of the Milk Chug Cow! Who is between her and the finish line. She was not happy about that! She ran the whole way holding Drew's hand! I videoed her run but I am not going to post it. Way too much commotion in it. Kids running everywhere...parents running everywhere...YIKES!

Where is Sleeping Beauty?
Yesterday afternoon Keelin was refusing to take a nap. She kept coming out of her room and going into the playroom. After the fourth trip back into her room, I gave up (way to go mom!) My mom called me and I was talking to her for awhile when I realized the house was very quiet. So I thought...she went in on her own and went to bed! YES! but when I ventured into her room to check on her...her bed was empty. Oh crap! Where did this child go? I am still talking to my mom at this point... Into our bedroom I go to find her fast asleep in Drew and I's bed. She had the blankets pulled up around her and everything. She slept for an hour and 40 minutes!

Making Good Use of the Nice Weather!
Since Saturday was such a beautiful day we decided to go on a long bike ride. We started down by the river and ended up over on the west side of Evansville. When we got back to the truck we let Keelin play at the "very crowded" Kiddie Kingdom playground.
Bringing Back the Past
My uncle Larry sent me this video footage of me doing my beam mount in college.
Now that I am pregnant again and have no energy to do much other than work, it feels good to look back and see that I use to have a ton of energy (even though back then...I know I use to complain about being exhausted too... I guess there is different reasons for exhaustion!)
I guess I am bring the past back! Those were the days! I miss all of my old teammates and I can't wait to see many of you in a few weeks at our MAC reunion!

New Puppies
Let me first say... the puppies are not ours! Keelin's mamaw and papaw got 2 new schizo puppies two weeks ago. We finally took Keelin out to see them this morning. She was scared of them to begin with, but in time she was carrying Gizmo around the house. It was too cute. Of course I forgot my camera! So when we left, we put Gizmo and Bugsy (or Bugzy... yet to be determined) in their outdoor fenced pen and I snapped a few shots with my cell phone camera.

Funfest
My school had a funfest last night. We took Keelin for dinner and games. She loved the cheese pizza and chips-n-cheese! She loves anything with cheese! After dinner Keelin ran around and played games.
Basketball was her favorite game. She made this shot! Dunking is her specialty.
We just bought her a hoop at home, so she is always saying "play basketball".

The game I enjoy is the "cake walk" but we were not successful winners even when all 3 of us played. The goodies looked so yummy...so we stopped at Lic's for dessert instead!! Yum...Yum.
