Basketball
We put the basketball goal up on the pole when we got back from Indy!
Keelin was determined to make a basket!
I have video of Keelin making her first basket! (but it won't upload!)
I'll try to upload it in its own post.

The Indianapolis Zoo
On Monday morning, we got up and ate our "free" breakfast in the hotel lobby (our room was FREE too... bonus rewards night...why we planned the trip last minute! We did not want our free night to expire without use!) Then we walked across the pedestrian bridge to the zoo.
When you think of a petting zoo...you think of goats, pigs, horses, sheep... NOT SHARKS!
Petting sharks!! Drew was the only one to pet a shark, but Emmy did try!
And then you get to dry your hands in a shark's mouth! Keelin thought it was cool...Emmy not so much. It's funny...she would splash her hands in the water with REAL sharks, but would not go near the fake shark on the wall!
The dolphin show was fun to watch. The girls really liked this best!
Keelin opening a snakes mouth.
I took Keelin on the roller coaster...she was so excited! Once she went down the hill...she was NOT a fan. She had to go 3 times around the track. She was a good sport and I believe she will go on a roller coaster again.
Both girls enjoyed the carousel! We also rode the train!

We spent over 4 hours at the zoo!
This was the first time any of us have been to the Indianapolis Zoo.
We will definitely go back!

Indianapolis
Drew and I decided to head to Indy for Sunday and Monday on Saturday night. Talk about a last minute planned trip! We drove up Sunday morning, ate lunch, went for a walk downtown, went swimming, took naps, and headed to dinner.
Enjoying downtown!
The view from our room in the Springhill Suites (Marriott complex).
Ready to go swimming! The hotel pool was small and cold...swimming only lasted about 30 minutes!

After the girls took naps, we headed to Scotty's Brewhouse for dinner. We ate outside in their huge outdoor area.
Trampoline
While I was at The Hunger Games on Saturday, Drew put together our new trampoline! I don't have any pictures of it completely put together. All of these pictures are missing the netting.
Drew and I also set the pole for our new basketball goal in cement on Saturday! New toys for us this summer!
The Hunger Games
On Saturday, March 24th I went to see "The Hunger Games" with 10 people from school/work. I was a little nervous going to see this movie after reading the book. I am not one to watch violent movies. I was able to watch the whole movie and only hid behind my popcorn bag once! I thought the movie was excellent! (I would like to go see it again!...any takers???)
I even dressed as Katniss!
I practiced braiding my hair about a week before the movie.
