Aces Basketball!

We took the girls to an University of Evansville “Purple Aces” basketball game on Sunday afternoon.  They were playing Bradley.  One of Bradley’s basketball players is the grandson of my Aunt Linda’s best friend, Candy.  I grew up going to Candy’s lake house in the U.P. and let’s just say her grandson, Auston, is not-so little anymore.  UE won, but Auston had a great game.  He made back-to-back 3-pointers to bring the score within one point.

100th Day of School

My class made ten groups of ten different snacks!

Ashlyn’s 3rd Birthday

Our niece, Ashlyn, turned 3 on January 18th.  She had a princess themed party.  She was dressed up as Rapunzel and had an Ariel cake.

I asked for footed pajamas for my birthday and I love them!  The girls and I have footed pajama nights!

Epiphany Party

Our Holy Spirit annual Epiphany party out at Hornville Tavern once again provided us all with an enjoyable time spent together!  How many people are blessed enough to say they LOVE the people they work with???

Never a dull moment!

Tent…Cold…

School was cancelled for 2 days due to extreme cold temperatures.  The girls built a tent with their new tent building kit and watched a movie!  Can we hibernate????

New Years’ Day

We spent New Years’ Day watching football!  We were all decked out in our Michigan State attire to watch the Rose Bowl!  My parents were here with us to watch the game, but my ever-so-lucky brother and his wife were AT the game in Pasadena, CA!

Victory for MSU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
