Christmas Decorations

We have a new decoration this year!
We pulled the 16 tubs and 3 Christmas trees down from the attic.  It might be a little overboard on the Christmas decorations, but the girls love to put everything up!

Circus

Keelin wanted to go to the circus for her birthday, so she chose to take her BFF (Keelin's words), Hannah to join her in this day of fun!  Drew was the good sport who took them.  The circus makes me too nervous... Keelin loved it!

Thanksgiving

The girls love spending time with their cousins, Ashlyn and Cooper!

The girls enjoyed playing outside with Aunt Kate’s new puppies, Tilly and Tater.

Bear Hunt

Emmy’s preschool class went on a Bear Hunt in the big school.  Emmy’s bear was hidden in my classroom.

Holiday Parade

We took the girls to the Holiday Parade in Evansville.  We bundled up because it was cold!!!! The parade was an hour and a half long!  We were pretty chilly by the end.  The girls got LOTS of candy, saw some cool floats, and saw Santa.

Leaves

I don’t know how much raking they did??? but they sure had fun playing in the leaves!

Tea Party

Emmy set up a little tea party in the kitchen that grew to the foyer!

We have also been struggling with Emmy and naps!  She does not want to take a nap at preschool.  So often times in the evening she will fall asleep almost anywhere.  Oh, she is so peaceful like this!

Chili Cook-off

I took part in the Holy Spirit Chili cook-off again this year.  I made the chili  for the Girl Scouts’ booth.  I used Velvet’s recipe which tied us for 2nd place!  I was also supporting the Holy Spirit Faculty chili which was the booth right next to us.  We all had a fun time!

I bid on many items in the silent and live auction!  Buckets of golf balls at a driving range, UE women’s basketball tickets, ice skating passes to Swonder, and tennis, personal training, and membership to Tri-State Athletic Club!  Do we sound like a sports family?

Fall Pictures and Mowing

Drew taught Keelin how to mow the lawn!  She tried and tried and tried to start the mower by herself but she needed her daddy’s help.

Since it was a beautiful Fall day, I took some pictures of the girls next to our neighbor’s tree.  I loved the red and orange leaves.
