Keelin's Preschool Graduation!

It is hard to believe Keelin will go to Kindergarten next year!  She has spent two wonderful years at Gabriel's Garden Preschool!  She loves school so much!

The ceremony theme this year was "This is Dedicated to the Ones I Love"!

Keelin is singing her program songs.  It was very cute!

Keelin (butterfly class) is giving Sydney (caterpillar class) her butterfly since she is moving on to Kindergarten and Sydney will now be in the butterfly class next year!  This part of the ceremony is too cute!

More Tee Ball

My parents came to stay with us for the weekend! We had not seen them since Christmas.  They were able to go to two of Keelin's tee ball games!  Friday night and Saturday morning.  I took some more pictures at the Saturday morning game.

 Drew is pitching to Keelin!

 So serious!!!

 running home!

Emmy enjoying her grandma and grandpa while watching Keelin's game.

Going for a walk to get out of the sun.  It got so warm so fast at the Saturday game.

New Chairs

I have been wanting to get the girls chairs for the playroom.  I looked at Pottery Barn Kids because I knew I liked the "Everywhere" chairs.  I was in the process of ordering them online... I got to the final page before completing the order and over $70 in additional costs appeared!  I clicked the "X" and walked away from the computer frustrated!!!
Drew and I looked at some other chairs in Evansville, but didn't find exactly what we wanted.
Then I got an email from Pottery Barn Kids that said (something along these lines)..."We noticed you have left items in your shopping cart, please take 15% of your order with this coupon code"!  The 15% took off more that what the $70 in additional costs were before...so I ordered the chairs!  I guess it was suppose to work out!

The girls love the chairs!!
And what is really nice is we can stack them in the corner to get them out of the way!

Mother's Day

I had a wonderful Mother's Day with my family!

When Keelin woke up she immediately brought me my present.  Drew got me a card with a Starbuck's gift card in it!  The girls gave me a card and a cup.  (I had one extra cup from my class's Mother's Day gifts, so Keelin wanted to color me one and surprise me with it!)
Funny...the picture in the background on my dresser is of Keelin and me on my first Mother's Day!

After getting ready, we went to Donut Bank for breakfast!  We went to Lowe's to pick up a few things for the house and then to 10:30 Mass.  We were a little early to church so I went into my classroom to get a couple things done for the week, including bringing home two pumpkin plants that students of mine gave to me!  I planted them in the back corner of my yard.  We will see what happens!
At 1:00...we went to Drew's parents' house for a cookout!  We had awesome food!  Emmy slipped into the 70 degree pool water (Thank you Papaw for pulling her out!)  Emmy said, "I went under the water...I scared"  She recovered quickly and many of us took turns chasing her around the pool so she wouldn't fall in again.  No fear...that one!  The girls (and adults) had fun with the foam water squirters!  After returning home, it was resting time and getting everything ready for the week ahead!

Another wonderful Mother's Day!  I have so much to be thankful for...including two beautiful daughters!
