St. Louis: Friday, July 3 (The Zoo)

We went to St. Louis over the weekend. We spent Friday morning at the zoo! In the evening, we went down to Union Station for dinner at Houlihans and dessert at the Fudgery!

With all the different animals to ride on the carousel, Keelin wanted to ride a "horsie"! She ran to this animal. Then...Drew and I noticed the signs below and above her choice.

"Wild Ass"

We visited her animal in the park! There is a picture of it above in the collage.

Keelin's New Sandbox

Drew made Keelin her own sandbox under her swing set. She loves the beach and she is so excited to have her own "little" beach in her backyard.

Happy Anniversary! 7 Years!

Today is Drew and I's 7th anniversary!
Keelin's mamaw and papaw came over to watch her so Drew and I could go to dinner. We had a nice meal at Texas Roadhouse. We stopped at Border's to shop for some books for me and DQ for Drew to get himself a blizzard for dessert!

Third Trimester: 27 Weeks

Today I am entering my third trimester! I am 27 weeks. Drew, Keelin, and I had a wonderful weekend full of swimming and shopping! Yesterday was Drew's work's cookout. TLS has been doing quite a few community service projects all over the area. The Princeton city pool stayed open for TLS to have a cookout and pool party! Keelin loved the swimming! (no camera, no pictures!) Today we spent around our pool and enjoyed the cooler weather.

I took my 27 weeks picture in Keelin's new room. Drew spent a ton of time working on it when Keelin and I were in Michigan. I continue to work on it daily. We have a few more things planned for the walls. Keelin still says everyday, "I love my new room!"

Vote for Your Choice!

I added a poll on the side of our blog. Since Drew and I did not find out what we are having...we would like to know what you think. You do not need to sign in or give any information. All you have to do is vote. You can even vote more than once! Come September we will find out for sure!

Meeting Billy Currington

Drew won meet and greet passes on the radio, 93.5 "the wolf", to meet Billy Currington last night at the Freedom Festival.

Keelin clapping after Billy finished a song.

We only stayed for about 5 songs because Keelin was very tired and CRANKY!
It was also hot! (and Keelin and I spent the whole day driving home.)

Michigan Trip

Last week, Keelin and I spent the week in Michigan visiting friends and family.
We left early Friday morning and drove to Holland to visit with my good friend from high school, Nicole, and her family. Keelin has been begging to go to a beach for the last few months...so first stop...Lake Michigan!
My little fish!!
Keelin dove right in the cold water and loved it! She was shaking but did not want to get out of the water!
Keelin and Brady playing in the sand.

Back at Nicole's...Keelin and Brady had a great time playing together.

Nicole and I join in the photo fun!

Keelin and I left Holland Saturday afternoon to drive to Mason to stay with my parents the rest of the week.
Sunday was my mom's 60th birthday party. We had around 25 people over the course of the day. I should have taken more pictures.

I gave Keelin a bath before the party...and this is where I found her less than an hour later... in the SAND!

Getting ready for the party.

Waiting and watching as a squirrel arrives to snack on the nuts.

My dad and I took Keelin down the block to Laylin Park.

My mom and I went biking with Keelin.
We parked at Hawk Island County Park and biked to Michigan State. We had to turn around here because water was covering the path.
We biked past Potter Park Zoo and headed downtown Lansing.
We biked 10-12 miles and Keelin took a nice nap in her trailer!
"Get Going!"

The last evening Keelin and I were there we walked to Dairy Hill for ice cream!
Keelin and her grandpa ran ahead!
