Nashville: Opryland

After eating at the Aquarium, we walked over by the Grand Ole Opry and into Gaylord Opryland Hotel.  We walked around the hotel for a couple hours before heading to our hotel to check in.

Nashville: Aquarium

The last weekend of spring break, we took the girls to Nashville, TN for two days.  We left Saturday morning and drove straight to Opry Mills.  We walked around the mall until the Aquarium opened.  We had the perfect table for lunch at the Aquarium.  Not only was it right next to the huge tank, but it was right where the divers entered the tank.  We were able to see them feed the sea animals.

The girls had some fun on the stage in the center of the mall.

“Queeny” is the largest fish they have in the tank.  She is a large breed of a grouper.

Spring Break Projects!

Keelin’s spring break was full of projects!  She did crossword puzzles (she gets that from her dad!), baked cupcakes in her easy bake oven, lost teeth, used her pottery wheel, and had a sleepover with her best friend, Hannah! See Hannah’s mom’s blog for those pics (CLick HERE).

My projects consisted of converting VHS tapes onto DVDs.  It has become a long working process!

It also snowed! The girls were camping with their mamaw and papaw, so I went out and built a snowman by myself!
