The Big Game! Go State!

It's Friday! The last day of spring break. I took a lot of pictures today so this post has a variety of pictures. I french braided Keelin's hair for the the first time. I did it while she ate lunch otherwise she never would have sat still for that long. Most importantly...MSU plays tonight! It will be a tough game against Memphis! Go State! Keelin wore her State outfit during the evening but has now gone to bed. The game is going to start soon so I have to post this...

Spring Break

Keelin and I spent springbreak in Michigan visiting Nicole, Drew, Brady, and Taya! We had a great time. Brady renamed Keelin...Keeko.

Easter

We had a very busy Easter! The morning started with gifts from the Easter Bunny. Then we went to church. Keelin did the church's Easter Egg hunt! She was a little hesitant at first, but took off after some eggs after a few minutes of observing. We had a wonderful lunch at papaw and papaw's house. We spent some time with family watching basketball.

Christmas in March!

Keelin received a Christmas present in March from her great aunt and uncle... a new MSU outfit!!!! I'll post a picture when we put her in it! As you can tell from the second picture... she loves it!

Owen's 1st Birthday

We took Keelin to Owen Hart's first birthday party at Burdette Park. She loved all the party favors!

First Swim Class

Keelin had her first swim lesson today. She loved the water at first! She wanted to go everywhere...by herself. Once the class started, she cried through most of it because she wanted to do her own thing...and she was tired. It was very frustrating as parents and we hope next week will go better.

ANOTHER Ice Storm

Another ice storm keeps Keelin and I home for 2 days! She has discovered her popper and pops all over the house. Drew took a half-day today and is home spending time with us.

MSU vs. IU

The Michigan State vs Indiana basketball game turned out to be miserable!!!! We went over to Clay and Jamie's "new" house to watch the game. (It only took us 3 months to get over there...) Keelin wore her Indiana sweatshirt and her "homemade" MSU onesie... what a confused child! She enjoyed the dogs more than the game!

Winter Time

I am trying to start up a blog here to share pictures and stories of our small little family! We had a big ice storm last week and it kept me out of school for three days and it trapped my parents (who were visiting) here for a few extra days. Keelin loved having the company and the SNOW!
