and ice cream! We decided on House A.

Going Away Party

Abbie and Brian Mitchell hosted a going away/new home party.  They just bought a new house so they invited everyone over. It was so good to spend time with everyone the day before Drew and I drove out to Colorado to house hunt.

Holiday World

 Holiday World trip #3 was with the Broekers!  Our yearly tradition!

 Keelin was a little too scared to ride the Thunderbird.  They let her get off the ride before it took off.

Indian Trail

Our favorite hike is the Indian Trail.  It's a mile hike through the woods and then a quarter mile hike through the sand dunes to Lake Michigan.

 Look close... the girls ran to the top of the sand dune!

Tennis, Friends, Fire

 Every year we always play tennis!

 The girls make friends on the beach.

And we build fires in the cabin daily.

Hiking

We tried a new hike out to Lake Michigan from Alberta.  It was a good hike but it only came out to a lookout over Lake Michigan.  I was hoping we could actually get to the lake.

 We stopped in Frankfort to let the girls play on the playground.

And when we got back to the cabin... grandpa caught a mouse in the cabin! Got to love living in the woods!
