Empire Bluffs

We hiked up Empire Bluff to look out over Lake Michigan.  It was a cloudy, overcast day so the view was not great.

 Aunt Margaret and Emmy dipped their toes in Lake Michigan.  It was chilly!

Frankfort Lighthouse

 Our first night up north was spent going to dinner at Stormcloud Brewing Company in Frankfort.  We walked down to the Frankfort Lighthouse after dinner.

 Keelin put a pin in Colorado Springs because we are moving there.

Annunciation Summer Social

 Friends playdate!  Emma, Alli, and Nate came over to play!

 We took the girls to the summer social for the last time.  We were not going to be in town due to leaving for Michigan to go to Crystal Lake, but we decided to go a day late so we could all enjoy the Annunciation Summer Social!

Moving Out

Emmy and I had a Starbucks' date while Keelin was at tennis practice.

 After tennis, it was box up my classroom time.  So much stuff to clean out!  This classroom was my home for 10 years!

Holiday World

Trip #2 to Holiday World!  Now that we are moving, we will have to cram in as many trips as possible.  Today we went straight to Holiday World from Keelin's tennis practice.

 Emmy was excited to ride by herself!

Keelin's Tennis

Keelin is playing tennis 4 days a week this summer.  They play at the Evansville Tennis Center if the weather is bad, which it was on the first day.

 If the weather is nice, they play at Wesselman's Park.  It is much easier to entertain Emmy at the park! She can ride her bike, play on the playground, go for a nature walk, or just watch her sister play tennis.

Swimming at Mamaw and Papaw's Pool

 The girls love to swim at Mamaw and Papaw's pool!

Emmy fell off the slide and Keelin ran and got her Girl Scouts First Aid kit she made during one of her meetings!

Kids' Kingdom

Now that we are moving, our time is short!  We want to do as much as possible in Evansville before we leave.  The girls love Kids Kingdom! So we played here and walked the riverfront.

We're Moving to Colorado!

Drew interviewed and accepted a new job in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  He will be a change agent at Allegion.  We put our house on the market today!
