We spent all day Monday at Mackinac Island. We left my parents' house early Monday morning and drove to Mackinac City to catch an early ferry over to the island.
We ate lunch at The Pink Pony! Emmy's pick! Can you imagine why????
We biked around the island making stops to see the sights. Here we are at Arch Rock.
Emmy loved seeing all the horses on the island.
Emmy was my riding companion, while Drew and Keelin shared a tandem bike.
The girls were too young to do the horseback riding tour, but they took a horse into the side yard and gave the girls a short ride!

Look carefully... Mackinaw Bridge is in the background.

Michigan: 12th Wedding Anniversary
Britta and I
Drew and I went to listen to my cousin Todd's wife, Melissa sing with her band in Macomb, MI. We went to Tavern at Tina's Country House. My cousin Britta and her fiancé came out with us because they live nearby in St. Clair Shores. Drew and I stayed at The Rochester Carriage House bed and breakfast in Rochester, MI. It was a beautiful place! It was a nice night away. As you can see, I did not take many pictures. Here I am drinking coffee by the pool the next morning.Friday, June 27, 2014
