New Pajamas and Story Time

My friend Jamie gave Emmy a new pair of pajamas and she was so excited because Keelin has the same pair!

Keelin has lost both of her top two teeth!

Birthday Party

The girls went to Skate World to celebrate Carlie’s 5th birthday and Aubrey’s 7th birthday!  Emmy did not skate due to the pink cast on her wrist.  She did have fun running around the rink in her shoes!

Rain!

We got around 5 inches of rain!  and it was Drew’s birthday…

Girls Scouts go to VHS

Since the girls were learning about how to care for animals, we took a field trip to the Vanderburgh Humane Society.  The girls brought lots donations to give to VHS.  They gave the girls an awesome tour and talked to them about animals.  The girls were very “hands on” the whole time.  It was a great learning experience.

The Cat Room

This room was decorated by local boy and girl scouts! Cats roam freely in this room.  The girls had fun playing with the cats.

They checked out the birds and learned how to give treats to dogs.

They got to pet a rabbit, snake, rat, and dog.

They taught the girls how to approach a dog and how to pet them.  This dog’s name was Applejack.  He was a beautiful dog.
