7/6: Mackinac Island

Tuesday we headed to Mackinac Island! We took the Shepler's Ferry boat over to the island.

Keelin was so excited to ride the ferry boat!

We stayed at Hart's Haven! A very nice B&B!

7/5: Canoeing, Lake Superior, and Tahquamenon Falls

Monday morning a large group of people canoed the Two Hearted River. They end of the trip was at the mouth into Lake Superior. Drew and I did not canoe so we met everyone at the end of their trip.

I did not pack Keelin's swim suit on purpose because I did not want her swimming in Lake Superior...it is too cold!!! but did that stop her....NO!
She went in...t-shirt and undies!
